We understand that there may be situations where you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Refund Policy

Internet Scholars follows a fair and transparent refund policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our training, we will refund your fees as per the terms and conditions mentioned below:
  1. Refund will be processed as per the preferred payment mode of Internet Scholars. So, if you have paid fees via IMPS or UPI, we may choose to refund you through any other method such as Cheque, Demand Draft, or any other.
  2. The refund option is available until the completion of the third class. After the third class, no refund requests will be entertained.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of the receipt of the refund request. Cancellation Policy
Internet Scholars understands that there may be situations where you may need to cancel your enrollment. We have a transparent cancellation policy that will guide you through the process.
  1. Cancellation requests will be accepted up until the completion of the second class.
  2. If you cancel your enrollment before the completion of the second class, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid.
  3. If you cancel your enrollment after the completion of the second class, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Internet Scholars reserves the right to cancel any class or course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative class or course or provide a full refund of the fees paid.
  5. In case of cancellation, Internet Scholars will inform the student at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

Process for Refund and Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, you can write to us at info@internetscholars.in. In your email, please mention the reason for the refund or cancellation request, along with your enrollment details such as your name, email address, and course enrolled. Once we receive your request, we will verify your enrollment details and initiate the refund process as per our refund policy. We will also send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that we reserve the right to modify or update our refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to our policy will be communicated to our students through our website or email.
